A passionate and dedicated professional, Nicholas has been involved in the real estate industry since attending Hunter College – in fact, Nicholas did not seek real estate, real estate found him. After finding a tenant to take over his friend’s lease, he decided to pursue his real estate license and practice full-time. He has been an active real estate agent ever since, with 12 years of experience. Over the years, Nicholas gained experience working at a variety of reputable real estate firms in NYC – most notably, Oxford Property Group and Bond New York.

A proud and longtime resident of Astoria, Queens, Nicholas started out as the go-to real estate professional in the neighborhood, working primarily as a landlord’s agent. Through his hard work and dedication, he has established a solid reputation for himself and obtained a significant number of coveted listings as exclusives. Nicholas has since rapidly expanded his professional reach into Manhattan, where he has extended his skillset to include working as a tenant’s agent. As a result of his extensive experience, Nicholas has learned to navigate the landlord-tenant relationship to facilitate a smooth process for both parties. He takes pride in his profession, providing clients – whether landlords or tenants – with the highest level of privacy and discretion, trust and loyalty, and vast knowledge of today’s unique marketplace. Throughout his career, he has proven himself time and again to be a driven and enthusiastic real estate professional who delivers top-notch results for his clients. When he is not working, Nicholas enjoys dining out (he is a proud foodie!), attending the theater, watching movies and going to concerts.
